Case Study: MTFI Replacement Project Progress

We’re excited to share the latest updates from our newly awarded MTFI replacement project, where our team is making significant strides in both electrical and structural work.

Project Overview

The scope of this project involves replacing outdated infrastructure at a fuel facility, with a focus on improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Our experienced teams have been hard at work, carefully managing the deconstruction and preparation phases to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Key Progress

• Electrical Works: Our electrical team has been at the forefront of this project, expertly disconnecting the old supply cables from the substation and isolating the outdated fuel facility distribution board. This process also included disconnecting the weighbridge at the substation to ensure that the next phase of the project can proceed without any interruptions.
• Structural Deconstruction: Above ground, we’ve safely dismantled the existing overhead canopy and removed the surrounding concrete to expose the underground fuel tanks. Additionally, we’ve taken down the old lighting columns, clearing the site for new installations. Each step has been handled with precision and a focus on safety.

Next Steps

With the initial deconstruction complete, we are now preparing for the next phase of works, which will focus on installing new infrastructure that meets modern fuel facility standards.
