TODO-GAS couplings were created to make LPG handling and transfer in both liquid and vapor phases easier. Building upon the strengths of the TODO-MATIC, they feature essential modifications to accommodate LPG handling. TODO’s LPG fittings are constructed with materials best suited to the harshest demands of the industry, leading to improved profit margins, virtually no leakage, and increased operator safety.

Variants & Technical Information

TODO-GAS 1″ and 2″ couplings are non-compatible with TODO-MATIC products, ensuring there is no risk of cross-contamination between LPG and other liquids or gases at the same site. Both of the size options can be made from brass and stainless steel. The 3″ LPG fitting is used for vapour recovery, often in tandem with loading and/or unloading. All three use a push-on twist mechanism.

Max Working Pressure: 10 bar (145 psi) for brass and 25 bar (363 psi) for stainless steel

Product Test Pressure: 37.5 bar (544 psi)

Working Temperature Range: -20 to +80 degrees C (-4 to +176 Fahrenheit) standard, -45 to 150+ degrees C (-49 to 302 Fahrenheit) options (but even lower temperatures are achievable!)

Certification: 2014/68/EU – Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)

Mounting: Thread or flanged variants available

O-ring Grade: Viton (FKM) 90 Shore

Options: Pressure Equalisation Valve (PEV), colour coding, selectivity, caps and plugs, handle options

  Caps, Plugs & Accessories

  When designing LPG fittings, it is vital to consider caps and plugs for tank and hose units explicitly designed to prevent dirt and water ingress when connections aren’t engaged and during changeover. TODO offers a range of these accessories to suit your application needs.

   

  Materials include:

  3″ size in stainless steel, brass/gunmetal and aluminium
