    TODO’s dry-break coupling has been designed and innovated to suit specific needs, so offer a range of different metal and O-ring grades to ensure no application is left beyond reach.

    TODO’s systems are manufactured to operate and remain reliable under challenging conditions, even after repeated use. All TODO-MATIC dry-break coupling units can withstand a working temperature range of -20 to +80 degrees C (-4 to +176 Fahrenheit), allowing them to cover virtually every application in the field. Working pressures will vary according to the material used, but please note that working pressures are reduced for flanged products according to their individual pressure rating.

     

    Max. Working Pressure – Up to 25 bar (363 psi)

    Product Test Pressure – Up to 37.5 bar (544 psi)

    Standard Working Temperature – -20 to +80 degrees C (-4 to +176 fahrenheit)

    Optional Working Temperature – -45 to +150 degrees C (-49 to +302 fahrenheit)

    We offer a range of caps and plugs for TODO-MATIC tank and hose units to suit your specific application, allowing you total peace of mind. TODO has designed these to keep debris away from key areas when connections are not engaged. Materials include:

    • 1″ (DN25), 2″ (DN50) & 3″ (DN80): Aluminium, Brass, Rubber, Stainless Steel
    • 5″ (DN65) & 4″ (DN100): Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel
    • 6″ (DN150): Aluminium, Stainless Steel
